HT-X1™
Tomocube HT-X1™ is a pioneering holotomographic microscope for label-free 3D live-cell imaging, using low-intensity laser light and digital micromirror device (DMD) to reconstruct high-resolution refractive index (RI) tomograms from multiple angles, providing quantitative data on cell mass, morphology, protein concentration, and dynamics without staining or photodamage. Achieving optical resolution below 200 nm (lateral ~110 nm), it captures 2D holograms at 150 fps or 3D images every 0.4 sec, supports multi-well plates, laser autofocus, integrated incubation for long-term time-lapse (72+ hours), and correlative fluorescence overlay for 2D/3D/4D multi-modal analysis. Ideal for neuroscience, hematology, drug screening, and cell biology, the compact system offers speckle-free, stable imaging with TomoStudio software for RI-based biomarkers like cytoplasmic concentration and dry mass.
Tomocube HT-X1™: Label-free holotomography microscope (~110 nm res, 150 fps 2D/2.5 fps 3D RI tomograms, incubator, FL correlation) for quantitative live-cell/organoid imaging.
