HT-X1™ Mini

Tomocube HT-X1™ mini is a compact, benchtop holotomography system leveraging second-generation optical diffraction tomography for high-resolution, label-free 3D live-cell imaging, fitting seamlessly into space-limited labs with its 430 x 526 x 492 mm footprint and 30 kg weight. Equipped with 40x NA 0.75 air objective, 2.8 MP CMOS sensor, LED illumination (444 nm standard; 520/660 nm optional), and axial scan ranges (31/62/146 µm for bacteria/cells/organoids), it achieves ~110 nm lateral resolution with ~1.3 s/image acquisition, supporting multi-well plates, laser autofocus, and upgrades like fluorescence, incubation, and multi-wavelength modules. Fully compatible with TomoAnalysis software for AI-driven quantitative analysis of cell morphology, volume, RI, and organelles, it enables real-time 3D/4D studies of cells, organoids, and tissues without dyes or phototoxicity.
