HT-X1™ Plus

Tomocube HT-X1 Plus is a next-generation holotomography platform for high-throughput, label-free 3D/4D imaging of cells, organoids, tissues, and microorganisms, featuring a 20 MP CMOS sensor for 4x larger FOV, 0.5 s/image acquisition, and 156 nm lateral/803 nm axial resolution with 40x NA 0.95 air objective. It supports multi-wavelength LEDs (444/520/660 nm), up to 4 fluorescence channels (Hoechst/FITC/TRITC/Cy5), motorized stage with laser autofocus, integrated incubation (37°C), and correlative BF/FL overlay for molecular-specific studies with reduced scattering noise and deeper penetration. Optimized for phenotypic screening via TomoStudio software with AI analysis of RI-based biomarkers (volume, dry mass, organelle dynamics), it enables long-term time-lapse and multi-well compatibility in a 921 x 565 x 732 mm system.
