For manual microscope, the tension (torque) of the coarse adjustment knob can be adjusted by rotating the torque adjustment ring, located just at the back of the knob.
- To increase the tension, turn the torque adjustment ring anti-clockwise.
- To decrease the tension, turn the ring clockwise.
** Remark: Avoid decreasing the tension too much. Otherwise, the stage will fall under its own weight.
1. Check the color settings of the bottom name tag of your image
→ Right-click on the bottom name tag (Eg. BF)
→ Select "Channel-Coloring".
→ Check if "In Color" is selected.
2. If you are using LIDA, make sure the "COLOR" button under the OC panel is selected.
If you adjusted the LUTs,
1. Select "More Options" when you are saving image.
2. Make sure "Apply saved LUTs" is selected.
3. Click "Save"
If you adjusted the LUTs,
1. Select "More Options" when you are saving image.
2. Make sure "Apply saved LUTs" is selected.
3. Click "Save"
